Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 5, 2026
1) Who We Are and What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy ("
Policy") explains how American Marketing & Publishing, L.L.C. and its affiliates ("
AMP," "
we," "
us," "
our") collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with the website and its subpages that link to this Policy (the "
Site") and related features, content, and services made available through the Site (collectively, the "
Services").
Important note about roles: The Site promotes and supports the goods, services, programs, or offerings of the business, professional practice, nonprofit, church, or other entity identified on the Site (the "
Merchant" and "
Merchant Offerings"). In many cases:
- AMP provides the website technology, hosting, and related platform services, and
- The Merchant is the primary operator of the Site for purposes of responding to inquiries and providing Merchant Offerings.
This Policy applies to information collected through this Site and Services. It does not apply to:
- websites or services that do not link to this Policy, or
- third-party websites, apps, or services you may access via links from the Site.
2) Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
A. Information You Provide
Depending on how you interact with the Site, you may provide:
- Contact details (e.g., name, email, phone number, address)
- Inquiry details (e.g., messages submitted through contact forms, quote/estimate requests, appointment requests)
- Review or testimonial content (including any information you choose to include)
The Site does not allow visitors to create user accounts or complete payments directly through AMP. Some Merchants may embed, integrate, or link to third-party providers to offer ecommerce, payments, scheduling, reservations, or similar features. Information you submit through those third-party services is collected and processed by those providers under their own privacy policies, not this Policy. Depending on the Merchant's configuration, we may receive limited information about your submission (for example, that you requested an appointment or submitted a reservation request). Depending on the integration, the Merchant (and/or AMP on the Merchant's behalf) may receive basic details needed to route and respond to your request (for example, your name, contact information, requested time, and the nature of your request).

When you visit the Site, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect:
- Device and browser data (e.g., IP address, device type, operating system, browser type)
